ATHLETICS
My athletics journey began in 2019, when I placed fourth at the England Athletics Championships, marking the beginning of my progression within national-level competition.
Despite the disruption caused by the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, I returned strongly in 2021, achieving a discus personal best of 46.46m and winning the England Athletics U17 Championship title with a throw of 46.25m. That season also included a medal at the South of England Championships and qualification for the UK School Games, where I competed in both discus and shot put — placing sixth nationally in each event.
In 2022, I further developed my training under renowned coach John Hillier, which contributed to my international selection in 2023 for the DNA U20 European Club Championships in Rome, Italy. Competing in the shot put, I achieved a lifetime best of 13.54m while representing Great Britain, contributing to a second-place finish in the ‘B’ Final.
I am currently based at Brunel University London as a Brunel Sports Scholar, training under Alex Pope and Garry Power OLY within a high-performance environment as I continue pursuing long-term ambitions within elite athletics.
Following a prolonged injury period, I am currently focused on rebuilding toward full competitive performance in both shot put and discus.
